01 / Context

What the product is.

Unified cycle-based nutrition and fitness platform.

A unified mobile app that combines:

  • Cycle tracking
  • AI-powered recipe importing
  • Phase-specific meal planning
  • Fitness and activity tracking

02 / Challenge

The friction inside the system.

Women use multiple apps for cycle tracking, nutrition and meal planning. This caused fragmented experiences and made hormone-sensitive habits hard to manage.

03 / My role

Contribution and scope.

Led UX/UI design across the core user journey. Collaborated with product, engineering and QA teams to deliver a consistent experience.

  • Onboarding
  • Cycle tracking
  • Recipe management
  • Meal planning
  • Dashboard and insights

04 / Key decisions

How complexity became structure.

  1. 01

    Research & requirements

    • Analyzed existing cycle and recipe apps
    • Identified fragmentation issues
    • Defined a unified user journey
  2. 02

    Information architecture

    • Structured the app around cycle phases: Root, Bloom, Shine, Harvest
    • Created a clear dashboard with phase-based insights
  3. 03

    Design & iteration

    • Built onboarding and paywall flows
    • Designed recipe import and meal planner
    • Iterated on dashboard and tracking features

05 / Experience

The final interface will live here.

Real project screens are being restored from the original files. Until they are available, the case study stays focused on verified decisions rather than showing broken or fabricated visuals.

06 / Reflection

What I learned.

Integrating related features into one ecosystem reduces cognitive load and improves consistency in health habits.
